I’m trying to place an order by card but it says my zipcode is invalid!

If you are receiving a Zipcode Invalid error while trying to place your order, please double check the billing address that the card is registered to, including the name. Triple check that it’s all looking good.

Still having trouble? Please try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that does the trick.

I’m missing something from my order or have received the wrong kit!

We’re really sorry about that! Please let us know your order number, what you’ve been sent and what’s gone wonky and we’ll make this right as quickly as we can.

I’ve just bought an awesome kit! Where can I find the manual?

MAKE is the place to be – we’ve got awesome online manuals to match our awesome kits.

Can I update my order once it’s placed?

As we’re packing your order at the speed of light (well, close enough to), we can’t update the items on your order once it’s placed.

How do I cancel my order?

Our kits get dispatched very quickly, so if you would like to cancel, please let our friendly customer care team know via the contact form as soon as possible!

I’d like to return my kit for a refund/replacement

Sorry to hear that something is not quite right. Please send us over your order number, the kit you’d like a refund for alongside the reason why you’re returning the Kit.
