Returns and refunds


Making and inventing can occasionally go wrong, and while failing and troubleshooting is an essential part of learning, sometimes you’ll need to return a product.

No worries! We’re happy to offer full refunds or exchanges on faulty or unwanted kits bought from us. And best of all, it’s completely free!

To return a kit, just follow these simple steps:

 

UK Returns Policy

1) Email us at support@techwillsaveus.com. Please include the following information:

a. Name

b. Telephone number

c. Order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email)

2) We’ll email you back a returns label from Collect+.

3) Put your kit back in it’s box and inside suitable packaging for delivery. Don’t forget to include a sheet of paper with your name and order number.

4) Affix the returns label and take to your closet Collect+ store.

5) Once we’ve received your returned package, we’ll either issue a refund or get in contact to organise delivery of a replacement kit.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

US, Europe and Rest of World

1) Email us at support@techwillsaveus.com. Please include the following information:

a. Name

b. Telephone number

c. Order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email)

 

2) We’ll confirm that your kit is suitable to return.

3) Put your kit back in it’s box and inside suitable packaging for delivery. Don’t forget to include a sheet of paper with your name and order number.

4) Unfortunately, we can’t currently reimburse the cost of return shipment. In order to ensure the kit is returned to us, please send back via a tracked shipping service.

5) Once we’ve received your returned package, we’ll either issue a refund or get in contact to organise delivery of a replacement kit.
