Electro Dough

Get everything out on the table
160g (6oz)Flour
160g (6oz)Salt
230ml (8 fl oz)Water
9 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspVegetable oil
Food colouring
Salt is what makes the dough conductive!
Make your dough
  1. Add the water (230ml/8 fl oz) and salt (160g/6oz) to a pan
  2. Bring to the boil whilst stirring to partly dissolve
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, making sure to sieve the flour (160g/6oz)
  4. Stir the mixture continuously over medium heat until a ball of dough starts to form
  1. Remove from the heat and leave to cool
  2. Knead using a little flour until smooth and capable of holding a pinch
  3. Divide your dough into batches and add food colouring to created your desired colours
